How does the Rank system work?

Rank System:

Objective: Show our appreciation for your current support to AIU Extension community.

The Rank System shows how much a user is currently supporting AIU Extension community. It is based on the total AIU Credits a user currently has on his/her account. It doesn’t take into consideration the total based on history but the current amount of AIU Credits in the account.

Where can I see my rank?

You can check your rank on your Profile. Other users will be able to see your Badges on your profile and on your comments.

How to get promoted to ta higher rank:

Interacting in our community: You will get promoted as soon as you reach a certain amount of AIU Credits to get to the next rank.

How can I get more AIU Credits:

1.- You can get more AIU Credits by interacting with our community. There are certain activities that will generate free AIU Credits into your account which you can use to get your certificate or to keep a higher rank of support to our community.

2.- You can always buy AIU Credits to get your Certificate or to keep those AIU Credits on your account to support AIU Extension.

3.- Someone could buy AIU Credits for you as a gift. You will get those AIU Credits into your account and you could reach the next rank.

Why I was demoted to a lower rank?

When we use AIU Credits to get a certificate, our current amount of AIU Credits will be lower which could cause a demotion. However, been demoted is not bad and it doesn’t mean you are not supporting AIU Extension community. In fact, just by interacting and/or getting your Certificate, you are supporting AIU Extension so we can keep improving everyday. The goal for you if you will like to be promoted again is to interact with our community so you start getting more AIU Credits or to buy more so you can get more Certificates or keep those on your account to support AIU Extension.

How many Ranks are currently available?

Novice:   You get this Rank if you have from 1 to 4 AIU Credits currently available on your account.

Skilled:  You get this Rank if you have from 5 to 24 AIU Credits currently available on your account.

Expert:   You get this Rank if you have 25 or more AIU Credits currently available on your account.
