Can you understand any inexpensive (if you will find any) medical insurance corporations?

“I accidently hit a parked vehicle. No injury to my vehicle. Problems for the automobile that is different soon add up to about $900. I have liability insurance with USAA and don’t be spending a deductible. My driving record has been clean for 12 years. Can I simply pay out of wallet or report the claim with insurance?? The person who held the broken car is actually a friend and claimed they will not file a claim if I pay them immediately
